Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving eligible products.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories and invoices.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Insurance Services

  • Downloadable Products

  • Customized or Personalized Products

  • Gift Cards

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Refund Process

After the returned product passes inspection, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Return Pickup

Return pickup is available for eligible locations.

If pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product. Eligible courier charges may be reimbursed after verification.
