Cancellation Policy

At Maykart, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order. Please read the following policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact our customer support team to request cancellation.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible products may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Digital Services

Orders related to Passport Assistance, PAN Card Services, Insurance Services, and other digital or government-related services cannot be cancelled once the application or processing has begun.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If payment has already been made and the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
